Chemistry

Our chemistry facility consists of synthetic organic chemistry laboratory, isolation/DSP laboratory and analytics laboratory The synthetic organic chemistry laboratory is equipped with a number of chemical reactor vessels with volumes up to 20L, rotary evaporators up to 20L and all essential equipment to allow complex organic synthetic chemistry as well as full support to DSP / isolation facility, where work is supported by preparative HPLC, flash chromatography, biomass separator, etc. Our analytics facility includes a number of spectrophotometers, 8x HPLCs and 2x LC MS for routine analysis, and a full-time access to 300MHz, 600MHz and 800MHz NMR analytics at the National NMR centre.
