We aim to be a flexible partner when scaling. In addressing robustness, productivity, and process viability, we aim to develop fermentation processes at an ideal scale that closely aligns with industrial standards, providing custom and robust manufacturing. With flexibility in both fermentation volumes and diverse industrial DSP equipment, we can execute and accommodate aerobic and micro-aerophilic fermentations and production of most microbes, including sporogenes.
We have more than 35 m3 in-house fermentation capacity with the option of larger CMO production (30-150 m3) through our partners. Our pilot-scale bioreactors and diverse industrial DSP equipment enable fine-tuning of key parameters for industrial-scale transfer.
End-product production and formulations
With versatile DSP equipment, we can produce and formulate a range of different products. We provide the highest purity biomass-based products. For material, cosmetics, and food/feed grade material, Acies Bio provides the highest standards for production in our facility. For the agricultural sector with sustainable biological products, it is essential to offer effective solutions with stability comparable to or even better than conventional products. We specialize in testing and developing tailor-made drying processes, including vacuum plate-drying, spray drying, fluid-bed drying and freeze-drying to produce strains as technical grade active ingredients. Formulation plays a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness and stability of these active ingredients. We complete the production process by offering:
