Acies Bio is glad to have supported the organization of the 18th European weed research society symposium (www.ewrs2018.org), which took place in Ljubljana in the second half of June 2018. With herbicide resistance spreading, we see the importance of  the exchange of newest ideas, knowledge and technologies on the topic of field weed management, particularly using biological control. With events such as this one, the academia in the industry are striving to find solutions towards an integrated weed management system as a part of sustainable future of the AgriFood sector.
