Personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 163/2022) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

2. Purpose, Scope, and Use of Stored Personal Data
We use personal data to maintain contact with clients, for marketing communication (via email and website), and to support more effective sales. When sending emails, we track email openings and link clicks. These data help us improve and tailor our messages to interested individuals; however, we do not perform automated decision-making.
We store the following data for notification purposes:
• first and last name,
• company name,
• email address,
• message entered in the inquiry form field.
We collect this data solely based on the individual's explicit consent, which we retain along with the content of the consent and the completed form.
3. Data Transfers
All personal data collections are stored exclusively within the Republic of Slovenia and are not transferred to other countries.
4. Retention Period
We store personal data until the individual's consent is revoked. Upon withdrawal of consent, the data is immediately and permanently deleted. The same applies if the purpose for their storage or processing ceases to exist.
5. Individual Rights
An individual has the right to request at any time:
• access to their data,
• correction,
• complete deletion,
• transfer to another provider,
• suspension of processing or storage, or withdrawal of consent.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing before the withdrawal. If we wish to use the data for another purpose, we will inform you in advance and in a timely manner.
In the case of rights violations, the individual can file a complaint with the Information Commissioner:
