MANAGING RISK HAND-IN-HAND

There is a certain degree of risk in any R&D project. Acies Bio is designing and managing the projects in a way to minimize it and share it with the client. Our participation in projects goes well beyond the pay-for-service model with the ambition to become a long-term research partner.
For clearly defined R&D projects, our proposal contains a division of planned work into several phases and work packages, defined by a clear time line and quantified milestone targets. A fixed fee, covering basic R&D costs invested during each time period, is charged to the clients. Only if milestone goals are achieved, a success fee is charged. By doing that, Acies Bio has the same motivation as our clients – complete projects in time and with promised results.
