ACIES BIO CHAIRMAN AWARDED YOUNG MANAGER OF THE YEAR

The year 2017 was a breakthrough year for Acies Bio. Three internal projects, which the company has been developing for several years, have made a leap forward in development of new, disruptive solutions. A newly founded spin-out company TM3 Therapeutics is performing clinical trials for a potential new drug. A joint-venture with a German multinational will bring the Whey2Value technology to global dairy markets. A strategic partnership was formed with a renowned German institute to further research a new line of antibiotics.

All these achievements were made thanks to the young, propulsive, innovative team, which is creating new ideas and concepts and convert them into competitive, disruptive technologies for industrial application.

The "Young Manager of the Year" award received by dr. Enej Kuščer, one of Acies Bio co-founders, therefore is not an acknowledgement only for his accomplishments and for exceeding daring visions from when Acies Bio was established in 2006. The award is also a tribute to the entire Acies Bio team. None of the success stories would be possible without their contribution. In addition to recognition for the past achievements, the award is also an incentive for further work. As dr. Kuščer says, Acies Bio accomplishments today are only the beginning of a beautiful and exciting future, which is ahead of the company.
