We are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals to join our R&D team. Candidates will be working in a highly dynamic applied research group leading the way to address most challenging, interesting and meaningful projects in the field of microbial biotechnology. PhD degree in relevant field of research is expected, together with lots of passion for research work.

Required qualifications:

• experience in genetic- and metabolic engineering of microorganisms
• proven project management skills and experience with R&D projects
• independent work in a lab
• planning, organization, and execution of experiments in collaboration with colleague researchers
• well acquainted with mechanisms and tools for genetic- metabolic engineering of microorganisms
• well acquainted with enzyme/protein engineering
• experience with analysis of DNA sequences and use of bioinformatic tools
• good organizational skills for teamwork

Required qualifications:

• experience in lab evolution of microorganisms (strain improvement)
• degree in microbiology or biotechnology
• well acquainted with bioprocesses and physiology of bacteria and funghi
• hands on experience in microbiological techniques
• experience in improvement of microorganisms and optimization of bioprocesses at lab scale
• experiences in industrial setting are preferred
• excellent organization skills, sufficient to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• track record of completing deliverables within specified timelines and “do-what-it-takes” attitude

Required qualifications:

• degree in agro microbiology or biotechnology
• proposing and developing new agents for biotic plant protection agents, biopesticides, and biostimulants based on microorganisms and their metabolites
• leading projects for development of new solutions for sustainable agriculture
• establishing new cooperation with academic research groups; participation in preparation of national- and EU-funded projects
• introduction of new experimental methods, organization and leading of research groups and overseeing of lab activities
• proven project management skills and experience with R&D projects
• good organizational skills for teamwork
• excellent organization skills, sufficient to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• track record of completing deliverables within specified timelines and “do-what-it-takes” attitude

Required qualifications:

• experience in development and leading of fermentation processes in bioreactors
• proven project management skills and experience with R&D projects
• independent lab work
• review and interpretation of scientific literature
• planning of project strategy for development and execution of bioprocesses
• leading of project for development of new solutions in sustainable manufacturing
• good organizational skills for teamwork
• excellent organization skills, sufficient to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• track record of completing deliverables within specified timelines and “do-what-it-takes” attitude
